We hope you love the new scarf as much as we do, however if you are not totally satisfied, we will exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase.
Refund or Exchange generally takes time, but it does not have to be complicated, and here are the details.

General conditions
1. Eligibility: to be eligible for a refund or exchange under our 15-Day Change of Mind Guarantee, the product must be
a. In a pristine, as new, unworn condition, with no visible signs of wear.
b. Returned complete with the original receipt, and as new packaging. The item cannot be considered for refund under this guarantee without these.
c. The determination of an item matching the definition of as new condition above is at the sole discretion of The Hanoi Original
2. Please note this 15-Day Change of Mind Guarantee does not apply if the item has been worn or has been custom made, modified, specially sized to fit, or special ordered.
How to exchange or refund?
- Find your order number, and email the details to Contact@HanoiOriginal.com
- Once we receive the email we will action on it. If it's a return, we will issue a return postal label.
- Upon receiving the returned items, we will assess and issue refund/exchange.
- Depends on the delivery time (metropolitan domestic, rural or international), this is usually can be as quick as 2 to 8 weeks.
As easy as that!. Please note when returning by post / mail
- The Hanoi Original does not cover the expense of postage or shipping
- We strongly recommends that items are returned by either express post or registered mail, so they can be tracked and insured against damage or loss
- We will only provide a refund, exchange, or store credit to the value of the item as listed on the original receipt that you have upon order confirmation
